1. Handcrafted Delivery
Each order is prepared with attention to detail. Here’s what you can expect:
- Orders are carefully crafted and dispatched within 3–4 days. Some products may take slightly longer to ensure the freshest ingredients are used.
- We ship domestically within India, with typical delivery taking 7–10 business days.
- Need it sooner? For express, urgent, or custom orders, simply drop us an email at support@linenwater.in or DM us on Instagram @linenwater.
- Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
- While we do our utmost to deliver promptly, occasional delays may occur due to courier services or ingredient availability.
2. Returns & Exchanges
As all our products are handmade cosmetics containing oils and fresh ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your safety and the integrity of our products are our top priorities.
- If your order arrives damaged or there is spillage, we will gladly replace the affected item. Please contact us immediately with photos and your order details at support@linenwater.in.
- Other than damaged or compromised products, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the perishable nature of our ingredients.
